লেয়ার্ড সিঙ্গারা রেসিপি

Singara is a very popular snack and fast food in Bangladesh. In some countries such as India and Pakistan, Singara / Shingara referred as samosa. But in Bangladesh Samosa and Singara are two different types of food. Although both are triangle shapes, their making process and taste are different. In this video, I describe the process to make Alu singara as well as give some tips for storing it for a long time.

Ingredients

For Filling:

  • Potato – 3 Large sized
  • Oil – 2 tblsp
  • Crushed Panch-Foron
  • Water
  • Chilli, Turmaric, Cumin and Coriander Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Boiled Chickpea – 1 cup
  • Onion – 1 Large sized
  • Garam Masala Powder
  • Coriander Leaves
